Refund Policy
When a refund is possible for course fees and service packages. Please read this before making a payment.
Courses
If you request a refund before your batch start date, and within 7 days of payment, we refund the course fee after deducting standard payment transfer charges.
Once classes begin, course fees are non-refundable, as classroom seats and mentor time are reserved in advance. Exceptional cases are evaluated strictly at our discretion.
Service packages
Agency service packages are refundable only before kickoff and before creative or technical work has commenced.
Once design, development, or ad setup has started, the completed portion is non-refundable. We will discuss and reconcile any unused project balance in good faith.
If we cancel
If DigitalExpert cancels a scheduled training batch or is unable to deliver an agreed-upon service, you may choose between a prompt 100% full refund or transferring your balance to a future batch or service.
How to request a refund
- Message us on WhatsApp at 03124051296 or email info@digitalexpert.pk with your full name, course/service, and payment receipt.
- We review and respond within 2 working days.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment account within 7 working days.
